Police have identified the driver who was killed after a high-speed pursue in a yellow Corvette Wednesday, and have linked him to numerous other crimes during that same day.

Santa Rosa County voters on Tuesday opted to proceed a one-half cent sales surtax levied by the school district that will fund the construction of fresh schools.
