Cruise Nights

Music: 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.

Downtown Lombard (near St. Charles and Main)

Lombard’s Cruise Nights and Summer Concerts series is celebrating its nineteen th anniversary with a two thousand seventeen summer lineup featuring ten live music concerts on Saturday nights from June ten – August 26, 2017. Residents and visitors are invited to attend this year’s Cruise Nights and Summer Concert Series to hear live music, see a large collection of classic, custom-made, and collector cars, and to love downtown Lombard’s stores and restaurant establishments.

Events will take place six – ten p.m., with music scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. Guest parking is available south of the train tracks along Parkside Ave., and pedestrians can find convenient access to downtown Lombard via the Metra Underpass Tunnel. Extra guest parking is available in the Hammerschmidt Parking Lot, just west of Main St. on St. Charles Rd.

  • June Ten: Allison, Bowman, and Rodey Band – Americana/pop style songs, featuring three part harmonies.

  • June 17: Stache – Today’s top hits, 80’s favorites, and rock classics

              • August Nineteen: Loser House – 1990’s pop and dance hits, with costumes and dances.
                • Ford/Lincoln/Mercury
                • August 26: 7DEEZ Band – Interactive dance band featuring disco, funk, and Motown hits.
                  • 1970’s Cars
                  • A free craft or game will be provided in the Kids’ Corner located on S. Park Ave., in the event area. Community organizations interested in hosting a Kids’ Corner event should email [email protected] . Cruise car drivers and visitors are reminded to not park before four p.m. Attendees are reminded that this is a family friendly and alcohol free event.

                    Each week a local organization, community group or non-profit will host a Kids’ Corner event where families can go for a joy and free kid-friendly activity.

                    Cruise Nights and Business Friendly Lombard

                    The Village of Lombard is asking Cruise Nights attendees to make sure they do not park in businesses designated parking catches sight of or block the entrances to local businesses. Cruise Nights volunteers will be walking around during the event to help make sure cruisers are respectful of businesses that remain open during the event. Thank you!

                    Cruise Nights seeking volunteers

                    The Village is also seeking extra volunteers for its 18th anniversary season. Since Cruise Nights’ inception, dedicated volunteers have helped the Village with the event. The Village is looking to expand its volunteer base in order to make sure Downtown Lombard stays clean, attendees don’t block entrances to open businesses and cruise cars park legally in the Downtown. To volunteer at any of the summer’s Cruise Nights, email the Village of Lombard Communications Coordinator.

                    Visitor Parking for Cruise Nights (Cruiser Parking Below)

                    Visitors are encouraged to park on the south side of the train tracks and to use the Pedestrian Underpass, outlined in a blue box on the below map. Visitors may also find extra parking in the lot east of Main Street, shown in the bottom section of the below map. Please be sure to adhere to posted parking limitations. Visitor Parking Map
