Trooper’s SUV parked on shoulder of I-5 hit by car

A Washington State Patrol trooper`s patrol SUV was struck by a car while it was parked on the shoulder of Interstate five in Everett.
The crash occurred about eleven a.m. on northbound I-5 near 128th Street Thursday.
